Notice on Protection of Rights Holders(Shareholders) of Securities Subject to Electronic Registration

2019.09.16 In accordance with the implementation of the "Act on Electronic Registration of Stocks and Bonds(hereinafter "Electronic Securities Act")", we hereby notify the following matters pursuant to Article27 Paragraph 1 of the Electronic Securities Act to protect the rights holders of our securities subject to electronic registration.

– Below –

1. From the date of electronic registration(December 09, 2024), physical certificates(securities subject to conversion) owned by shareholders(rights holders) will lose their effect.

2. Therefore, shareholders(rights holders) should submit their physical certificates and request transfer to a securities company account by the business day immediately preceding the enforcement date(December 02, 2024).

[Note] Our company(issuer) will request the electronic registration institution (Korea Securities Depository) to ensure electronic registration based on the rights holders recorded in the shareholder registry as of the business day immediately preceding the electronic registration date, December 6, 2024.
