AMCG Wins Top Prize at Seoul Metropolitan Government-Korea Financial Investment Association Joint Scale-Up IR Event AMCG (CEO Yongseong Seo) announced on the 17th that it won the Grand Prize at the ‘Seoul Metropolitan Government-Korea Financial Investment Association (K-OTC) Joint Scale-up IR’. The ‘Joint Scale-up IR’ is an event hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Financial Investment Association (K-OTC) to support fundraising for promising companies with high growth potential. AMCG presented its IR to a panel of 10 judges, including securities firms, asset managers, and venture capitalists (VCs). After evaluation across organizational capability, market potential, technological capability, and business viability, AMCG was awarded the Grand Prize. AMCG is a startup advancing commercialization in the next-generation cardiac disease diagnostics field based on quantum sensors and AI. AMCG's MCG(Magnetocardiograph) scan system incorporates the world's highest-channel count (96 channels) of world-leading SQUID(Superconducting quantum interference device) sensors. It has been developed as a medical device optimized for the early diagnosis of ischemic heart disease through the removal of environmental magnetic noise using AI technology and the advancement of diagnostic algorithms. The MCG scan is known as an innovative technology that measures completely non-invasively, without contrast agents or radiation exposure, and determines the presence of heart disease from the heart's electrophysiological data. With products launched and numerous clinical trials underway in the world's largest markets, the US and China, market interest in its role as next-generation diagnostic equipment is growing.
